Our Business is Books!
At A Novel Place, we have an inventory of hundreds of thousands of books. At any given time, there are roughly 50,000 volumes in the store. There are many thousands more available to us in our warehouse. Our customers have told us it is like a treasure hunt when they come into the store. They never know what we will have on the shelves. But don't let the "old-fashioned" way fool you, we have a staff that knows more about the book industry and "who writes what" than many experts. Our customers challenge them frequently and they are often impressed when the answer is "off the top of their head".
